From the Organizing Authority: We strongly encourage folks who might attend, to think about accommodations.  If you are not a camper, it’s imperative to lock in a hotel reservation *NOW*. There is a horse race track nearby, & Saratoga Springs is a beautiful resort town with much to do, so there is much competition from NYC & Boston crowds for hotels in the summer. Otherwise, it’s probably a 50 min drive to the next hotel cluster.
